One of the custom touches that this home enjoys is a floating staircase with glulam stringers and hardwood treads.

To prep the glulams we applied Benite wood conditioner. After letting this dry we gave it a light sand and then applied our stain. After this dried, we finished it with Daly's Tung Oil.

The stair treads were finished clear to contrast with the stringers using a polyurethane floor finish.

Here we applied stencils to a powder coated sign base.

We used an oil base DTM from Benjamin Moore for the paint, so that the edges would remain soft long enough for us to remove the stencil after painting.
